About the Pickle
Jayani hing mango pickle can create a unique place on every dining table, as it is having old traditional north Indian taste of raw mangoes blended with spices and strong flavor of asafetida.
Ingredients used in hing wala aam ka achaar
Raw mangoes, asafetida (hing), rock salt .
Process
Supreme quality of raw mangoes grown in Uttar Pradesh brought directly from the mango farms used for making the hing mango pickle. Spices are sourced locally from the bazaar.
We always buy whole spices which must be clean and of good quality.
Then these spices kept under the sun for some time to remove the moisture before grinding them. Mustard oil is also brought from U.P. directly from the oil speller. We alwaystake care of quality and purity while selecting the ingredients.
This pickle can be enjoyed with dal chawal , paraantha, puri sabji and many more dishes.
